Job summary

B&M are seeking an enthusiastic Floor Manager for our Linden Park store in the United Kingdom. You will oversee the shop floor, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure excellent customer service while driving performance and KPIs in a high-energy retail environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends, with hands-on leadership to coach and develop colleagues and maintain top merchandising standards.
