Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the Linden Park store floor with energy and a hands-on approach. You’ll drive sales, coach your team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, with clear opportunities to progress within a growing retail group.
