Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in the UK is seeking a Floor Manager to take charge of the shop floor, drive sales, coach the team and ensure high merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends; you will lead by example on KPI delivery, customer experience and team development, with opportunities to progress within a growing business.
