Job summary

B&M Floor Manager in Coventry is a hands-on leadership role on the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team and delivering a great customer experience every day.

Permanent, full-time role within the store management team requiring flexibility across days, evenings and weekends. You will take charge of the shop floor, maintain standards, drive KPIs and coach your colleagues.
