B&M Retail Limited in Carmarthen is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll take accountability for store performance, drive sales, coach your team and deliver a superb customer experience every day.

This role requires flexibility across shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, plus a strong commercial mindset to maximise sales and stock control, while maintaining high store standards.
