Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring for a Key Lead in Watford, UK. The role supports a smooth in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to reach daily sales and customer-experience goals.

You'll handle opening/closing, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual presentation while reflecting the brand's culture and values on the floor.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines on shift.
• Operate register / POS systems during the shift.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays to reflect brand standards.
• Analyze reporting to inform store decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and culture.
