Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the store floor and ensuring operational efficiency. You will drive sales through exceptional customer experiences, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.

The role is part-time with varied hours, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong eye for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/ management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good communication and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
