You will supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while maintaining store operations. You’ll perform opening and closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, showcase products through engaging displays, protect assets, and align with the brand’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
