Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure premium customer experiences while driving daily sales.

You’ll open/close, operate POS, manage omni orders, keep visual displays current, analyze store data, protect assets, and uphold the brand culture. Previous retail experience is preferred; leadership not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
