Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving store performance. You will coach staff, ensure quality customer experiences, and support daily sales goals on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for fashion trends. This part-time role requires weekend availability and competitive hourly pay in the UK.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service focus and communication skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and build visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions and protect store assets.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brand and values.
• Lead customers and teammates on daily floor tasks and sales.
• Adapt to peak times with flexible hours and weekend availability.
