Job summary

A leading airline based in Luton seeks a Manpower Planning Specialist to ensure accurate manpower planning by creating and adjusting demand plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in manpower or resource planning, preferably within the aviation industry. The company offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility with an average of 2 office days per week. Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience in Manpower or Resource Planning preferably within the Aviation industry.
  • Sound organisational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of detailed Flight Crew demand plans.
  • Incorporate leaving variables into the Flight Crew demand plan.
  • Build and adjust slip patterns and master weeks for Flight Crew as required.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, HR, and departments to ensure alignment.
