Senior Flexographic Printer, Permanent

We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Flexographic Printer at our Lincoln site. Reporting directly to the Print Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating 8‑colour flexographic printing presses, ensuring consistent high‑quality output and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good organisational skills and accountability for work output.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and development.
• Reliability, excellent time‑keeping and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience operating Windmöller & Hölscher and/or Comexi presses (desirable but not essential).
• Monitor print quality, adjust press settings and manage ink levels.
• Record accurate production data and support training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Pattern

• 12‑hour continental shifts (4‑day working week): 2 day shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm) and 2 night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) followed by 4 days off.
