Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the sales floor.

You will open/close routines, handle POS, merchandise displays, and analyze reports while staying true to our culture and values. This is a part-time role requiring weekend availability, with opportunities for growth within our global brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor supervision and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Open/close routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Build and maintain visual displays and brand standards.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory controls.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
