Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise store floor activities, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales through excellent customer experience. You will help manage daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory controls while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of retail experience preferred, and stellar communication with a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines are performed.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
