Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive store performance on the floor, and lead customer-centric teamwork.

This role requires weekend availability, 16 hours minimum per week, and the starting rate is £13.80 per hour. You will operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and help maintain visual displays while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/ management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.

Responsibilities

• Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
