Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations efficient and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will drive daily sales through leadership on the floor, coaching, and maintaining visual displays.

Position requires a flexible schedule with at least 16 hours per week, including weekends and certain holidays. Starting rate is £13.80 per hour with potential future adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience helpful but not required for supervision role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations routines.
• Operate register/POS systems accurately.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
