Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, provide confident solutions, and keep members moving with safety and care.

This role offers flexible shifts across days, evenings, weekends and peak periods, with training and an opportunity to achieve IMI accreditation. Join a network focused on growth and excellent service while advancing your technical career.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• Or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Work independently to diagnose faults, solve problems and help members continue their journeys safely.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when members need RAC most.
