Job summary

RAC is recruiting a Superflex Roadside Patrol to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency support across the UK. You’ll work shifts across days, evenings, weekends and peak periods, with rostered days announced in advance and training to achieve IMI accreditation.

You will join a structured development pathway with hands-on learning and ongoing support, designed to grow your diagnostic capability and broader servicing skills while providing flexible, autonomous field

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and offer quick, confident solutions to members.
• Work autonomously on varying locations and shifts.
