Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to provide expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, repair vehicles and support members with confidence, using the latest diagnostic tools.

The role offers flexible shifts, with evenings, weekends and peak demand periods; training and IMI accreditation opportunities are provided to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Either: NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and provide quick, confident solutions to get members back on the road.
• Work independently to diagnose faults and support member journeys.
