Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, provide quick solutions and help members continue their journeys safely.

The role offers flexible shifts (days/evenings/weekends/peak periods) and a structured development pathway with IMI accreditation, aiming for long-term career growth within RAC.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK
• Diagnose faults, provide quick, confident solutions and keep members on the move
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and peak periods

Education
