Job summary

Join the RAC as a Superflex Roadside Patrol and use your expertise when our members need it most. You’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK, diagnosing faults, providing quick solutions and helping members get back on the road.

The role offers evenings, weekends and peak demand shifts, with local work around Stratford. We provide a structured development pathway, IMI accreditation opportunities, and supportive career growth within

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• Or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults, solve problems and help members continue their journeys safely.
• Work independently to diagnose faults and respond flexibly to member demand.
