Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Rayleigh branch covering the South Essex market. The role operates on a Lifestyle 260 contract, offering flexible hours (5 per week, 8am–6pm, Monday–Saturday) with a part-time balance to support customers when they need us most.

You’ll handle inquiries, transactions, and banking support, while building relationships and expanding knowledge of our products and services to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
