Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to work across Basildon, Brentwood, Rayleigh and Southend branches on a flexible Lifestyle 260 contract. You’ll handle transactions, assist customers, and support via in-branch and phone contacts, delivering excellent service.

Role offers a pro rata starting salary of £25,950 plus a £500 flexible allowance, with an 8% discretionary bonus and generous benefits including 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension contributions, and staff product

• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
