Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers across Basildon, Brentwood, Rayleigh and Southend branches. The role covers flexible, Lifestyle 260 hours per year, with duties ranging from transactions to solving customer queries and promoting services.

You’ll act as a friendly face and voice, adapt to a multi-branch environment, and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face-to-face or telephony).
• Effective communication to understand customer needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
