Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based at Cardiff Queen Street, on a flexible Lifestyle 260 contract offering about 5 hours per week across 260 hours per year. The role blends in-branch and telephony support to help customers with transactions, questions and product knowledge.

You’ll join a supportive, multi-skilled branch team, with a starting salary of £25,000 pro rata and an 8% discretionary bonus potential, plus benefits and flexible working arrangements.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in branch or telephony.
• Strong communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to be flexible across branches.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and queries.
• Respond to calls from our contact centre.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve customer experience.
