Job summary

Santander UK in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for a Lifestyle 260 contract, with a minimum of 5 hours per week across branches. You will handle in-branch and phone queries, deliver friendly service, and support customers with a range of banking needs while collaborating with a multi-branch team.

To succeed, you will provide proactive assistance, develop product knowledge, and seek ways to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or by phone.
• Clear communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to handle a broad range of activities in a multi-branch role.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
