Job summary

Santander UK in Cardiff QS Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers in-branch and by phone. The role operates on a Lifestyle 260 contract, offering flexible hours across Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, with a base salary of £25,000 (pro rata) and a £500 flexible benefit allowance.

You will help customers with transactions, technology support in-branch, and fraud prevention, while developing product knowledge to improve service.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in-branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and provide solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
