Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is seeking a part-time Resolution Field Agent. You will work self-employed, with a guaranteed daily rate and flexible hours, visiting properties to resolve accounts and support customers in difficulty.

The role covers utilities and financial services, with training provided and opportunities to progress within the business. UK-wide assignments and client-facing responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when driving in London ULEZ zones
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs considered with repayment arrangements
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients
• Ability to work independently while following policies and procedures
• Ability to identify and manage disputes per company procedures
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services for clients
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty
• Take accurate utility meter readings
• Work across UK-wide postcode areas as allocated
