Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a self-employed Resolution Field Agent for part-time or full-time work across the UK. You will perform field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.

The role offers a guaranteed daily rate of £130-£150 and flexible hours. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following policies and objectives.
• Ability to identify and manage disputes per company procedures.
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Discussing and resolving utility accounts for commercial and residential clients.
• Reconnecting customers with services as requested by clients.
• Introducing customers to support services for financial difficulties and facilitating reconnection where appropriate.
• Collecting accurate utility meter readings.
