Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is recruiting self-employed Resolution Field Agents across the UK.

You will carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support customers experiencing financial difficulty, with flexible hours and a guaranteed daily rate.

Full training and continuous support are provided, with opportunities to progress into other roles within the business.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check clean.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and provide support to those facing financial difficulty.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts across multiple workstreams.
• Take accurate utility meter readings and record data.
