Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is seeking a Self-Employed Resolution Field Agent. You will visit residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support those facing financial difficulties.

This flexible role is self-employed with a guaranteed daily rate and options for Part-Time or Full-Time work. A full UK driving licence, vehicle with business insurance, and a DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances where repayment arrangements are in place.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently while following company policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts.
• Reconnect customers with services and support those experiencing financial difficulty.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts across commercial and residential streams.
• Take accurate utility meter readings.
• Identify and manage disputes in line with company procedures.
