Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is recruiting a Self-Employed Resolution Field Agent in the UK. The role is flexible, with options for Part-Time or Full-Time work, and offers a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150 depending on skills and experience.

You will visit residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support customers facing financial difficulties.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayments are in place.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently following policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services where appropriate.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulties and manage disputes per company procedures.
