Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a Supply Learning Support Assistant to provide flexible 1:1 and small‑group support across Chelsmford and Essex. You can choose the days you’re available, from a few days a week to near full‑time, and you’ll help deliver lessons while maintaining calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
