Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Learning Support Assistant for Chelmsford, offering flexible working across primary, secondary and early years settings to fit around your life.

You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lessons and classroom routines, helping ensure smooth learning throughout the day.

Whether you want a few days or full-time, supply roles provide variety, long-term opportunities and weekly pay across Chelmsford and Essex.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
