Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a flexible Supply Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across Chelsmford and Essex. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers with lessons and classroom management, bringing calm and structure to busy classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal but not essential)
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
