Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking Supply Learning Support Assistants to work across Chelsmford and Essex, providing flexible classroom support in primary, secondary and early years settings. You can choose days to work, joining a network of welcoming schools that value enthusiastic support for pupils.

Role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping with lesson delivery, classroom management and inclusivity for pupils with additional needs, with ongoing guidance from dedicated consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments
