Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a flexible Supply Learning Support Assistant to work across Chelmsford, Essex, supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups. Roles span primary, secondary and early years settings, with weekly pay and a variety of schools.

You will assist teachers with lesson delivery, help maintain calm and positive learning environments, and adapt to different classrooms. This entry point role offers ongoing opportunities and pathways into longer-term positions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in school settings preferred
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in varied school environments
• Genuine passion for helping young people succeed

Responsibilities
