Job summary

Remedy Education in Chelsmford is seeking a flexible Supply Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings. You will choose the days you are available, working across Chelsmford and Essex to gain varied classroom experience.

This role offers weekly pay and the chance to build confidence, support lesson delivery, and develop classroom management skills while making a real difference in students' day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
