Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Learning Support Assistant to work across Brentwood and Essex, providing flexible day-to-day support in primary, secondary and early years settings.

You will assist pupils 1:1 or in small groups, support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and help create calm, structured learning environments.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible days to suit your availability, and pathways into longer-term roles within education.

Qualifications

• What you'll need is experience working with children or young people.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
