Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Chelmsford and Essex. Roles span primary, secondary and early years, with weekly pay and the option for a few days a week or closer to full-time.

You will work in welcoming schools, assisting teachers, supporting pupils 1:1 or in groups, and helping maintain a calm, structured classroom environment. This is a great entry point or flexible long-term option in education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups requires patience and adaptability.
• Ability to assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
