Job summary

A social care provider is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Hatching Green to provide practical and emotional care to individuals. Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
  • Willingness to work shifts including bank holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans.
  • Maintain effective communication and respect confidentiality.
  • Support service users with meals and cleaning duties.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.

Skills

Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour
Excellent communication skills
Ability to keep calm under pressure
Confidence to work alone or in a team
Passion to work with vulnerable adults

Education

Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
