Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Lerwick Branch on a Lifestyle 260 contract. You will work around 5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

You’ll handle transactions, support customers with technology, and help protect them from fraud with a proactive, problem-solving approach. We offer a starting salary of £25,000 with a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face-to-face or telephony background.
• Effective communication to understand customer needs.
