Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Kirkwall to support customers in-branch and by phone, delivering friendly service and practical assistance with transactions and inquiries.

The role offers a Lifestyle 260 contract with flexible hours, working across peak times and on rota’d days, supporting customers where demand is highest. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face to face or telephony).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers (preferred).
• Effective teamwork with a flexible, can-do approach.
• Open to a broad range of activities and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
