Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Portsmouth branch. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling in-branch and telephony queries, transactions and problem-solving. You will build strong customer relationships while learning our products and services.

The role is 28 hours per week on a rota basis (Mon-Sat, 8am–6pm). The package includes a pro rata salary, a flexible benefits allowance, and a discretionary bonus based on performance.
