Job summary

Santander in Portsmouth is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our branch team. The role is 28 hours a week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, delivering friendly service, handling transactions and assisting customers with technology.

You’ll listen and solve problems, build relationships, and grow product knowledge to improve the customer experience. We offer a supportive environment with a £25,000 pro rata salary, a £500 flexible benefit allowance, and a discretionary 8%

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face to face or telephony).
• Ability to communicate effectively to understand customer needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
