Overview

Flexible Bank Support Worker. Working across County Durham including Darlington, Derwentside, Teesside and Sunderland. Casual / Flexible Work, hours to suit you. Pay £12.60 per hour, plus we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with practical, daily living tasks and work through support plans to help them achieve independence.
• Sleep-in shifts may be required overnight; other shifts may be day shifts with activities such as accompanying customers to outings.
• Help vulnerable customers across a variety of services.
• Work in accommodation-based services, a registered care home, or in community or home-based settings.

You’ll join our wider services across Durham, Derwentside, Darlington, Teesside and Sunderland, and you can pick up shifts in any of these services as needed. Our team is passionate about what we do.

Job details

• Flexible working hours
• We pay £50 per sleep in shift
• Ability to use technology for creating/updating support plans, completing mandatory learning, and staying in touch with colleagues
• Vehicle insured for business purposes is required; mileage is paid
• Enhanced DBS check required and we pay for it
