Overview

Flexible Bank Support Worker (25899) – Working across County Durham inc Darlington, Derwentside, Teesside and Sunderland. Casual / Flexible work, hours to suit you. Pay £12.60 per hour, plus we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with practical daily living tasks and work through support plans to help them achieve independence.
  • Occasional sleep-in shifts with overnight support; other shifts may be day shifts with activities for customers.
  • Support customers across a variety of services, including accommodation-based services, registered care homes, or community/home-based settings.
  • Ensure consistent support wherever you work, with the aim of changing customers’ lives for the better.

Our team across Durham, Derwentside, Darlington, Teesside and Sunderland works flexibly; you can pick up shifts across services that need it.

You bring
  • Enjoyment in working with a range of customers.

  • Experience with support plans, recording, and using information concisely and effectively.
  • Confidence working in different services, locations, and teams.
Job details
  • We pay £50 per sleep in shift.
  • Able to use technology for creating/updating support plans, completing mandatory learning, and staying in touch with colleagues.
  • Vehicle insured for business use is needed; mileage is paid.
  • Enhanced DBS check is required and paid for by us.
