Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Uptime Controller to keep our customers' fleets on the road. You will coordinate with the dealer network, manage Vehicle Off Road progress, and drive proactive uptime through strong liaison and problem solving.

We offer a base salary £30,000–£33,000, a quarterly bonus up to £1,500 (potential £6,000 annually), in-house training, 22 days holiday rising to 25 after five years, and various staff events.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Can do attitude and enjoy troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• High level of IT literacy and comfortable on the phone and using email.
• Be organised, resilient and able to work on your own initiative.
• Experience in vehicle repair, fleet management, or related automotive sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime of the customer fleet and build strong relationships with DAF dealer network.
• Oversee Vehicle Off Road progress and escalation with third party partners.
• Mitigate downtime and drive proactive service through liaison and issue resolution.
• Communicate with vehicle manufacturers on specifications or part issues.
• Ensure cost control is maintained.
