Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Uptime Controller to ensure customer vehicles stay on the road and operate efficiently. You will collaborate with the dealer network and internal teams to keep uptime high, handle VOR progress, and escalate through partners as needed.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000-£33,000 with a quarterly bonus up to £1,500 and in-house + manufacturer training, plus 22 days holiday (rising to 25).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good IT literacy; comfortable on phone and email.
• Organised, resilient, able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for maintaining uptime of the customer fleet.
• Coordinate with DAF dealer network to resolve issues.
• Manage Vehicle Off Road progress and escalation with partners.
• Support cost control and proactive issue resolution.
