Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Uptime Controller to keep customers’ fleets available and on the road. You will manage uptime, communicate with the dealer network, and coordinate with third-party partners to resolve issues efficiently.

The role offers a base salary in the £30,000–£33,000 range with a quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive training. Holiday entitlement starts at 22 days plus statutory, with bonuses and team events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Can-do attitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• High IT literacy; comfortable on phone and email.
• Organised, resilient; able to work independently.
• Experience in vehicle repair, fleet management, or automotive sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the uptime of the customer fleet and liaise with DAF’s dealer network to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress and communicate with third party partners to ensure quick resolution.
• Support cost control and prioritise actions to deliver excellent customer service.
